Join us for a presentation of the results of the Gallagher Benefits Strategy and Benchmarking Survey, co-sponsored by the IPMA-HR.
Now in its 5th year, Gallagher’s Benefits Strategy and Benchmarking Survey has grown into the largest and most robust collection of employee benefits data in the country. The survey results go beyond standard benchmarking data and provide a strategic view of the market. Thomas Cummins will explore the significant trends from the survey and provide Gallagher’s perspective on the future of the employee benefits market and how it affects public sector organizations.
Presented by: Thomas Cummins, CCP, Survey Practice Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
As national practice leader, Thomas Cummins oversees Gallagher’s survey division, one of the leading compensation and benefits surveying practices in the country. He brings expertise in the fields of research, design, data modeling, and survey techniques to the production of numerous national, regional and local reports. Since joining Olney Associates (a predecessor firm) in 1995, Cummins has greatly expanded the survey operations from two local healthcare surveys to producing hundreds of surveys in various industries across the country. Along the way he has helped to increased the “user friendliness” of our survey products; upgraded electronic survey methodologies, including web-based surveys and more sophisticated database reporting; and is currently developing new online tools to better meet the needs of survey participants. Cummins is a frequent speaker on compensation issues and related economic analyses.
