Tags:  (2017 Sep 19th - 1:30pm)

Tuesday, September 19 - 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm
Conference Room 17-18

There is good news, and there is bad news. Research consistently indicates that employee engagement is extremely low in the workplace. Low employee engagement negatively impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of achieving organizational goals. That’s the bad news. The good news is that steps can be taken to raise the level of employee engagement, and it begins by developing a sustainable talent management strategy.

Talent Management is a systematic approach to performance excellence achieved by creating a culture of continuous improvement, high engagement, workforce capability and capacity through integrated talent strategies and learning and development programs that are aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. Talent Management requires that organizations recruit, retain, and reward top talent and match the right people with the right roles to support the overall organization’s mission and vision.

During this engaging and interactive session, relevant and applicable strategies will be presented to Human Resource professionals to enable them to effectively impact the organization’s workforce through talent management initiatives.
