The City of Sunrise is seeking a Human Resources Manager – Employee Relations professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who possesses proven personnel management skills with an emphasis on employee relations. The HR Manager position involves participating in planning, organizing, and conducting employee relations activities for the City. Primary functions include drafting, interpreting, and implementing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within a full-service Human Resources department.
