Research tells us that organizations with highly-engaged employees outperform those with low employee engagement, including in government. Despite the link to organizational performance, a 2012 employee engagement survey conducted by IPMA-HR, ADP and Governing, found that only 30 percent of organizations conduct employee engagement surveys.
