Federal Section

The IPMA-HR Federal Section provides leadership, advocacy and professional growth opportunities for federal personnel practitioners. IPMA-HR and the Federal Section cooperatively serve as advocates before Congress and the media on issues such as classification, compensation, performance management, and improving recruitment and retention.
