Why join the Patuxent River Basin Chapter?

As an active Chapter member, you will be exposed to new ideas and innovations in the field of human resource management and will be better prepared to meet the challenges of our rapidly changing profession. You will participate in a variety of professional and social events with colleagues in Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, Prince George’s and St. Mary’s counties and will have opportunities to network with PSHRA members across the state, the country and around the world. Through the Patuxent River Basin Chapter of PSHRA, you will meet people who share similar professional interests.

The members of the Patuxent River Basin Chapter work in all areas of the public sector including state, county and municipal governments and educational institutions and districts. Members include executives, managers, personnel directors, supervisors, clerks, specialists, personnel officers, students and anyone else with an interest in public human resources.
