The IPMA-HR Certified Professional (IPMA-CP) is a public sector focused credential for qualified HR professionals in an entry- or mid-level career position. How do I attain an IPMA-CP certification?

IPMA-HR will automatically send you your certification credentials, along with your recertification information. Included in this packet will also be a form which provides you with the opportunity to have your supervisor and other leaders in your organization notified of your accomplishment.

How do I know if I am eligible?

All public sector HR professionals in an entry- or mid-level position (human resources specialist, generalist, and managers) are eligible for this certification; there are no prerequisites.
