Developing Competencies for HR Success Graduate

Have you passed the certification examination through completing the Developing Competencies for HR Success? Then you have only four more steps to become certified.

Examination

Our examination is based on 20 HR Competencies (these are the same competencies as the Developing Competencies for HR Success training program is based upon).

Application / Fees

Certification application fees are due at the time of submission.  Applicants can pay by Check, MasterCard or Visa. If your application is rejected or withdrawn for any reason, you will receive a refund of your application fee less a $25 processing fee.

Recertification

To retain the IPMA-HR certification, an individual must accumulate recertification points every three years and submit a completed Criteria for Recertification Form.
